Intent to Bid Clarification.

The Intent To Bid process that was referenced in our RFP, stated they were due December 1st. While This was true, we were trying to find out what vendors were looking at bidding on our E-Rate services & products.
This does NOT mean a vendor cannot bid on our E-Rate Services & Products without submitting an Intent To Bid. This was just a formality to help our District.
Our Bidding Process is still open to any vendors still wanting to bid, until the Bid Requirement Due Date of January 8th, 2016 @ 4:00PM.
